Youth Work Management

A three-part training course designed to help enhance youth programs by building on youth workers' existing strengths,

as well as areas for improvement. I participated in a series of workshops that taught me how to assess-plan-improve

children and youth programs in a way that establishes a supportive system of continuous improvement.
